This class is designed to help you begin your week feeling rested, replenished, grounded and centered.

Release accumulated tension and stress, and soothe the nervous system so that you can move into a place of deep relaxation to promote healing.

Prepare for a restful sleep and set the tone for your week by cultivating calm and ease in body, breath and mind.

Class will begin with breath work to calm the nervous system, then move into 30 minutes of gentle movement with mindful breathing and finish with 30-40 minutes of yoga nidra practices in shavasana.

We also explore Ayurveda principles and tips to compliment your yoga and relaxation practices.
