Curious about how 1:1 sessions work?

These sessions are uniquely tailored to you and your needs.

We work together to create a routine and wellness plan that is supportive and nourishing for you and the intentions you have.

Mindfulness, breath awareness and deep listening are the three principles that support this process so that you can develop your inner intuition and nurture your relationship with yourself.

  • Sessions are 60 minutes in length and can be done online or in-person (see below)

  • We start with a 15 minute complimentary call to answer any questions you have, discuss your goals and see if we will be a good fit!

  • It is often helpful to start with one specific intention, concern or goal and build from there

  • You will receive a client questionnaire to fill out before our first session.

  • We meet weekly (or bi-weekly) for a set period of time (3 or 6 sessions; see below for session pricing).

  • Consistent sessions provide accountability and help you stay on track as you progress and grown with your intentions and aspirations.

  • A outline with your home practice / routines will be emailed to you. We will slowly build on this as we move through the sessions.

  • Your home practice may include simple lifestyle rituals or routines, mindful movement and yoga, breath work, relaxation or meditation. This will evolve as you do.

  • Online sessions are recorded for you to save and review.

My approach is gentle, based on mindfulness and compassionate curiosity.

All the wisdom is within you, my role is to support that in coming forth.

From a mindful and curious, steady and compassionate place, your appreciation for yourself will grow as you connect within. You will cultivate greater love and kindness towards yourself, build faith and trust, and grow your inner strength and confidence as you develop the skills to listen deeply to what you are truly needing.

Feel empowered as you learn to care for yourself, listening to the wisdom of your body and mind.

Gather tools to help you respond and adapt as your needs change.

Develop resilience.

What people are saying:

“I struggle often on this path toward knowing my Self, falling down and feeling defeated, I find it hard to get back up sometimes. Chrissy reminds me to start again. She is generous with her patience and kindness, which is something that I often forget to show myself.

Established in her own practice and self study, she wisely asks questions that allow me to understand for myself how my old habits and patterns are interfering with the healthy life I want for me and my family.

Giving me time to integrate and establish change, Chrissy has guided me toward more conscious lifestyle choices; and I know she is teaching by example, as the lovely photos of the food she makes and inspiring seasonal recipes tested in her kitchen make me excited to return to the kitchen, and try something brand new to me, a practice I have been unwilling to do for a long time now.

Thank you, Chrissy, your gentle and consistent reminders to “shine the light of awareness inward” light up my life with ah-ha moments and tender heart healings. I am grateful for your steady presence on this journey.” - Erin

“I’m very grateful for the opportunity to work with Chrissy, as I continue to learn more about Ayurveda and yoga philosophy.  These “sister” sciences have provided a holistic perspective that have been life-transforming, and a wonderful support to me on this journey.

Chrissy has always encouraged me to focus on the “wins”, and there have been many!  When my expectations are unrealistic, she has shown me that patience and loving-kindness are the way to move forward.  While I sometimes feel that it’s “all or nothing” – those perfectionist tendencies, Chrissy has helped me to see that we integrate the practice step by step, as we are ready.

When I began working with Chrissy, my hope was that I would be able to deal with chronic anxiety and digestive  issues. I am deeply grateful for all the support Chrissy has given me, and I no longer experience overwhelming anxiety or pain. If I feel anxiety coming on, I now have the tools to work through it, and the fear dissipates quickly.  The Ayurvedic approach to diet has helped me to understand the importance of what to eat and when to eat throughout the day.  For years, I thought of food as a necessity that I didn’t particularly enjoy.  I’ve learned that “nourishment” is more than food, it’s the practice of mindfulness and loving self-care.  Eating with intention, and gratitude for all that our body does for us! Thank you, Chrissy, for sharing your wisdom and your joy!  It’s true – life is Good!” - Sherry
